Coal chemical ball valve

It rotates 90 degrees and the plug is a ball with a round through-hole or passage through its axis. Ball valves are mainly used in piping to cut off, distribute and change the direction of flow of media. They can be closed tightly with only 90 degrees of rotation and a small moment of rotation. Ball valves are best suited for use as switches and shut-off valves, but recent developments have designed them to throttle and control flow.

Gate valve of coal chemical industry

The gate plate of the gate valve moves in a straight line with the valve stem, which is also called lifting-rod gate valve or open-rod gate valve. Normally there are trapezoidal threads on the lifting rod, turning the rotary motion into straight movement, i.e. turning the operating torque into operating thrust, through the nuts at the top of the valve and the guide grooves on the valve body. When the valve is opened, the flow path is fully open when the gate lifting height is equal to 1:1 times the valve diameter, but this position cannot be monitored during operation. Butterfly Valve for Coal Chemical Industry

The butterfly valve opening and closing element is a disc-shaped butterfly plate that rotates in the valve body around its own axis to achieve opening and closing or regulating of a valve called a butterfly valve. Butterfly valves are usually less than 90 degrees open and fully closed. Butterfly valves and butterfly rods do not have self-locking force. To position the butterfly plate, worm gear reducers are added to the valve stem. The worm gear reducer can not only make the butterfly plate self-locking, stop the butterfly plate at any position, but also improve the operation performance of the valve.

Globe valve for coal chemical industry

The opening and closing parts of the globe valve are plugged discs with a flat or conical sealing surface and the disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the fluid. The movement of the valve stem can be either lifting rod type (stem lifting, handwheel not lifting) or lifting rotary rod type (handwheel rotates with the valve stem and nuts are set on the valve body). Globe valves are only suitable for full opening and closing and are not permitted for adjustment and throttling. Globe valves are forced-seal valves, so pressure must be applied to the disc when the valve is closed to force the sealing surface to remain leaky.

Check valves for coal chemical industry

Check valves are divided into lifting check valves, swing check valves and butterfly check valves according to their structure. Lifting check valves can be divided into vertical and horizontal type. Swing check valves are divided into single-disc, double-disc and multi-disc. Butterfly check valves are straight-through type. The above check valves can be divided into threaded connection, flange connection and welding in connection form. Large check valves shall be supported independently from the pressure generated by the piping.

Safety valve of coal chemical industry

When the pressure in the vessel drops to the allowable value, the valve closes automatically again, keeping the pressure in the vessel always below the upper limit of the allowable pressure and automatically preventing possible accidents due to overpressure. Therefore, the safety valve is also called the ultimate protection device of the pressure vessel.

Pressure relief valve for coal chemical industry

Pressure relief valve uses the opening of opening and closing parts in the control valve body to regulate the flow of medium and reduce the pressure of medium. At the same time, the opening of opening and closing parts is regulated by the function of pressure behind the valve so that the pressure behind the valve can be kept within a certain range and cooling water is sprayed into the valve body or after the valve to reduce the temperature of medium. This valve is called pressure relief and temperature reducing valve. Pressure relief valves can be divided into membrane type, spring film type, piston type, lever type and bellows type according to their structural form.

Coal chemical solenoid valve

Solenoid valves are the basic elements of automation used to control fluids and belong to actuators. Not limited to hydraulic, pneumatic. Solenoid valves are used to control the direction of hydraulic flow. Solenoid valves are used because plant machinery is generally controlled by hydraulic steel. There are closed cavities in the solenoid valve. There are through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to different oil pipes. The middle of the cavity is a valve and there are two solenoids on both sides. The solenoid coil energizing valve body on either side will be attracted to which side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil drain holes will be stopped or leaked out. The oil inlet holes are normally open and the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes. Then the oil pressure is used to push the oil-rigid piston, which in turn drives the piston rod and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. This controls the mechanical movement by controlling the current of the solenoid.
